10ft Refrigerated Container Warranty
A 3-month spare parts warranty is included with every unit. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase — not the date of delivery. Furthermore, if the container does not operate on first use or does not match the order, contact us immediately for prompt repair.
The warranty covers spare parts delivery only. It does not cover repair labour, travel expenses, or part replacement work. As a result, buyers should confirm site service access before purchase if labour coverage is a requirement.
Ocean Freight — Important Buyer Disclosure
The minimum container size for standalone ocean freight is 20ft (6m). Therefore, this 10ft container cannot be shipped as standalone ocean freight. It is suitable for ocean transport only when attached to another 10ft container or shipped as mixed cargo. Contact us before purchase if international shipping of this unit is required.
Delivery
Delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks depending on port and container selected. Additionally, accessory installations add approximately 1 to 3 weeks to the delivery timeline depending on the scope of work.
