Single Bay 3-Tier Shipping Container Racking Kit
Maximise the storage capacity of your shipping container. This single bay, three-tier steel racking kit is purpose-built for standard ISO container interiors. Furthermore, it fits 10ft, 20ft, 30ft, and 40ft containers.
Each kit covers one side of the container. Order two kits to rack both sides. As a result, you double your usable shelf space without structural modifications or specialist tools.
All steel components are powder coated in blue and orange for a tough, scratch-resistant finish. Moreover, each 25mm chipboard shelf supports up to 550kg of evenly distributed load.

This racking suits all standard ISO Series 1 freight containers. In addition, multiple kits run side-by-side in longer containers to fill the full wall length.

Note: Racking mounts on both side walls. However, the end wall does not provide sufficient clearance for a full bay. Plan your layout accordingly before ordering.

Assembly Overview
The end frames arrive pre-assembled. Therefore, on-site setup is fast with no specialist tools required.
Step 1 — Position the End Frames
Stand both end frames upright along the container side wall. Space them 2250mm apart.
Step 2 — Slot in the Beams
Slot two beams per tier into the corresponding height holes on each end frame. Furthermore, repeat for all three shelf levels.
Step 3 — Attach Safety Clips
Clip the safety clips onto each beam end. As a result, the beams are locked and cannot dislodge under load.
Step 4 — Lay the Chipboard Shelves
Place the 25mm chipboard panels onto each beam pair. The shelves sit flat and are ready to load immediately.
How Many Kits Do I Need?
This kit covers one side of the container with a single 2250mm bay. Order two kits to rack both sides. Additionally, for longer containers, multiply by the number of bay positions required per side. Refer to the compatibility table above for a per-size kit count.
