This container is supplied as a new one-trip refrigerated container with the technical specification suited to pharmaceutical cold chain fit-out. It is not supplied with pharmaceutical validation documentation, temperature mapping certification, or GxP compliance packages. Use in regulated pharmaceutical storage or distribution requires the following to be arranged and delivered by the buyer’s qualified persons before regulated product is stored:
- Installation Qualification (IQ) — verification that unit installation matches design and manufacturer specifications at the buyer’s site
- Operational Qualification (OQ) — verification that the unit performs to specification across intended operating range and ambient conditions
- Performance Qualification (PQ) — verification that the unit maintains required temperature across representative load and use scenarios
- Temperature mapping — full three-dimensional temperature mapping under empty and loaded conditions per Australian GDP guidance
- Continuous temperature monitoring — calibrated data logger or continuous monitoring system with audit trail, alarms, and reporting
- Calibration and re-calibration schedule — for all temperature-critical sensors
- Quality Management System (QMS) — SOPs for operation, deviation management, alarm response, and maintenance
