This food grade IBC storage container holds sixteen 1,000L food-grade IBC tanks — 16,000 litres of ambient liquid ingredient storage behind lockable steel. The One-Trip condition is the point: the interior has never carried cargo, so no chemical residue, odour, or contamination history sits in the floor or walls. Consequently, ingredient purity starts from a factory-new baseline rather than a cleaning report.
Why One-Trip Matters for Food Storage
Used containers absorb their cargo history. Solvents, chemicals, and odour compounds soak into timber floors and linger in wall coatings — an unacceptable variable where ingredient traceability applies. A never-loaded container removes that variable entirely. Your own QA and HACCP verification still applies, but it starts from a clean sheet instead of an unknown past.
Height Clearance for Fitted IBCs
Food-grade IBCs carry top inlet fittings, breather valves, and fill connections that lift the working height to 2,420–2,500 mm. Standard containers offer 2,385 mm and crush fittings at the door. The High Cube’s 2,698 mm interior clears everything with room for hose connections on top.

Dual Access for Ingredient Draws
Full-length side doors give forklifts and pump equipment lateral access to all sixteen IBC positions at once. No tank gets repositioned to reach the one behind it. Therefore, ingredient draws run faster, handling drops, and spill risk during transfers falls with it. The end doors remain available for dock loading.
Ambient Storage — Know the Limit
The four passive vents manage airflow and heat, but this is ambient storage, not temperature control. Oils, syrups, and concentrates with wide storage tolerances suit it well. Ingredients needing a controlled band belong in an insulated unit — options sit in the modified container range.
