40ft High Cube Open Side Shipping Container — One-Trip (Ref 2970)
A one-trip 40ft high cube open side container in cream, with full-length side doors that open along the entire container wall. The side-access configuration allows forklift loading of wide pallets, oversized machinery, and long-form cargo that will not fit through standard end doors. Standard rear double swing doors are retained. Built to ISO 668 Series 1 dimensional standards.
Why the Open Side Configuration
Open side units solve the loading problem for anything that will not turn through a standard 2.34m end door — long timber, wide machinery, palletised stock loaded from a raised dock, or a workshop layout that needs line-of-sight access to the full container floor. The high cube profile adds 305mm of internal headroom over a standard 40ft, giving 2.70m clear height.
