Cargo Worthy (CW) is one condition grade above Wind & Watertight (WWT). Both grades are structurally sound and weatherproof — the difference is CSC certification:
- Wind & Watertight (WWT): structural integrity confirmed, weather seals intact. Suited to static site storage. CSC plate may be expired or void — not accepted at ports or on vessels.
- Cargo Worthy (CW): WWT plus a valid CSC plate. Accepted at ports and on vessels for active international freight. Required for export and shipping.
