Galvanised steel sheet forms the shell, coated on both faces to resist rust. Inside the walls, PU foam insulation controls heat and dampens noise. Underfoot, a cement-bonded chipboard base carries an aluminium checker plate surface. As a result, muddy boots and constant use leave little mark on the unit.
The block sits on ISO-style corner posts rather than jacklegs. Consequently, a forklift or crane places it straight onto compacted ground, ready for mains water and waste hookup.
