This 12ft x 10ft jackleg cabin adds 0.6 m of length over the 10ft model. That extra floor space fits a second desk or a lunch bench for a small crew. Furthermore, the fixed open plan design keeps the unit in stock and priced at the sharp end of the portable cabin market. A fitted canteen layout is available on the same shell.
What Plastisol Cladding Does
Plastisol is a thick PVC coating bonded over galvanised steel sheet. It shields the panels from scratches, salt air, and UV, so the goosewing grey finish holds its colour for years. In addition, the coating resists the dents and scrapes that bare steel picks up on working sites. Consequently, the cabin keeps a presentable face for client-facing use long after delivery.
