Plastisol Jackleg Cabin – 12ft x 10ft Site Office (Unit 2)
This plastisol jackleg cabin is the second stock unit of our 12ft x 10ft site office line. Buyers fitting out a compound often take both units together — one office, one welfare room. The plastisol coating bonds a thick PVC layer over galvanised steel. Consequently, the goosewing grey finish shrugs off scratches, salt air, and UV without repainting between projects.
Overnight and Security Use
Security contractors favour this size for manned gate duty. The electric timed panel heater warms the cabin before a shift starts and switches off unattended. Meanwhile, the insulated shell holds temperature through cold overnight hours. Fixed window positions also give a clear sight line to the gate from the desk.

No Groundwork Before Delivery
Four wind-down jacklegs level the cabin on gravel, grass, or cross-fall. Shipping container offices sized to ISO 668 need a flat pad first; this frame does not. Therefore, the unit lands and levels on unimproved ground the same day. When the project ends, one truck movement relocates it.
